By creating an account and using KYRA ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KYRA. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

KYRA is a private, worker-only platform. It is designed exclusively for independent workers to manage their business operations, screen clients, and access city-specific resources. To use the Platform, you must: - Be 18 years of age or older - Be an independent worker using the Platform for professional purposes - Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy - Maintain an active paid subscription This Platform is not a marketplace, escort directory, or client-facing service. It does not facilitate the solicitation of clients. It is a private operational tool for workers.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: - Submit false, misleading, or malicious safety reports - Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm any individual - Attempt to identify or expose the identity of other members - Share your account credentials with others - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform - Use the Platform for any illegal activity - Submit reports with the intent to damage a specific individual without genuine safety concerns Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

The Safety Database is a community safety tool. When submitting reports, you agree to: - Submit only genuine, good-faith safety reports based on your direct experience - Not submit reports intended to harm, defame, or target specific individuals maliciously - Accept that all reports are subject to moderation before becoming visible to other members - Understand that false or malicious reports may result in account suspension We reserve the right to remove any report that violates these terms or our community guidelines. Reports are anonymous to other members. However, we may use reporter identity information for moderation purposes and in response to legal requirements.

Access to the Platform requires an active paid subscription. Subscription terms: Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed via Stripe. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be suspended. Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your client records, notes, and personal data are private to your account. We do not share this data with other members or third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by KYRA and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you create on the Platform (client records, notes, reports). By submitting safety reports, you grant us a licence to display that content to other verified members in accordance with our moderation policies.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Safety reports are submitted by members and are not independently verified by us. We moderate reports for quality and abuse, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any report. You should use safety information as one of several factors in your decision-making, not as the sole basis. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYRA shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of earnings or business opportunities - Decisions made based on Platform information - Interruptions to Platform availability Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you: - Violate these Terms of Service - Submit false or malicious safety reports - Engage in abusive behaviour towards the Platform or other members - Fail to maintain an active subscription You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
